Refund Policy
– You can refund digital products within 2 days of purchase providing that you haven’t already downloaded the product.
– in case of download of digital products, refunds will be available based on the case and direct communication with our customer support.
– Live Courses can be refunded with a minimum of 10 days before the course start
– Recorded Courses can be refunded after purchase only if you haven’t completed more than 10% of the Course
– Subscription plans can only be canceled before the new billing period starts
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
